  1. I'm delighted to announce the arrival of Ailsa Black Brooches.

People always say that my art makes them feel happy.  So now you can carry a little bit of happiness with you and spread the smiles! These are great fun colourful pieces to brighten up an outfit and will be sure to be a talking point.  There are 6 different designs available which are cast from resin and hand finished with felt.  Each brooch comes presented in a voile gift bag.

The brooches are a collarboration with the lovely team from One Button who make beautiful colouful jewellery.  Amanda the founder of One Button started the company from her kitchen table 13 years ago when she had two small children and the company has gone from strength to strength since. Three of the brooches, the fox, cow and collie, launched on QVC last week.  The fox sold out within minutes and shortly after there was a waiting list for the cow.

  2. I am delighted to announce the arrival of our new Kitchen Gift Range! This has been months in the making and is a collaboration with the lovely Cotswald gift company Apples to Pears.

Apples to Pears are best known for their award winning (Gift of the Year) Gift in a Tin Range.  Current partners include BBC Springwatch, the Natural History Museum and now us! As you can see Jack was very keen to try the collie dog items out!

The range includes beautiful birchwood trays made in Sweden and a set of 4 square porcelain mugs.  Who would have thought a square mug could be so nice to drink from but if it passes Jack's approval I can assure you it is well up to scratch.

Also included in the range are a chopping board and heatproof trivet. Refining these items to get them perfect has been a long and careful process with every item passing stringent approval checks (not just by Jack). I travelled to Birmingham to meet the Apples to Pears team early in February and everyone has been hard at work chosing images and selecting and testing the products ever since.

To finish the collection are hoardie storage tins and sets of coasters in tins. These items really brighten up your kitchen and of course make lovely gifts.
